Have your device with "Duo Mobile" next to you.

Login with your work account credentials. Example - John Smith. Username: jsmith ; Password: <AD Password>. Your Duo Mobile device should prompt you to approve access. Hit Approve.
You will be taken to the following page:
Download and install the client to your workstation.
